Service rating : I cannot fault the service and delivery of any items I buy, as I live overseas it takes at least 7days for delivery which is great.
Product rating : Will be sending the dress back as it was too clingy which shortened the length was not happy with the dress at all. The first item I have ever sent back sorry.

Service rating : I think yours as a company are the answer to the large woman's prayers. Every time I go into the store in Harlow, Essex, I am lost in trying to find something to purchase, not because there is nothing to choose, no, there is too much to choose! I make sure all my friends and family know where the nearest shop is and I tell them that it's not just large sizes they can buy but smaller 'normal' sizes like 16 upwards.
Product rating : This will be lovely on my holiday later this month, it will take up little space in my case too so I can have more space for other things.

Service rating : I have ordered lots of items previously from yours and find the service excellent.I find the clothes wash well and fit nicely, fantastic for larger ladies who don't want to look old fashioned and frumpy.

Service rating : My first poor experience! Ordered a pair of jeans, the last pair on the website, they sent me an incorrectly labelled pair, 4 sizes too big! Then on returning I was only refunded the purchase price - no initial or return postage, even though it was the stores mistake! I had to call customer services in order to request those refunds, which were promptly refunded. Poor quality control in this instance Yours. However, I love the products and will still order from the website and continue to purchase in store.
Product rating : Can't comment on the product as they sent me the wrong size (4 sizes too big), but previous jeans have been excellent, and the black version of these are great.
