Service rating : Everything about the booking worked perfectly.Product rating : Hotel was good [loved the roof bar and pool, with Acropolis view], handily located for metro, and even easy to walk to main tourist areas. Area quite scruffy, and dark at nights, but not threatening. Had to move rooms because of noisy lift, but done swiftly and with no problems by the hotel.

The rooms are basic, not very clean and in a poor state of repair. The sunbeds are mainly broken with ripped and dirty covers. The pool towels are dirty.

Staff at all all levels were very considerate and helpful.
