Very fast service - very pleased!
Brilliant and efficient service
Service rating : I am very impressed with their customer service and the delivery time was fabulous. The lights we ordered were brilliant as well, great quality.Product rating : It needs to have instructions in the box on what you are supposed to do with the heat shrink wrapped plastic covers in the box. The first lights we ordered a couple of years ago had no instructions in either and so we didn't know what the plastic things were. The lights failed (I guess it must've been water getting into the joint between 2 strings of lights) as we hadn't used the plastic things. It was only by chance this time my husband tried to use a hair drier on one to see what happened that we actually discovered their purpose. It needs to be on the instructions and included with every purchase.
The goods are as I ordered and I was very pleased with them. However, the carrier Ctiy Link, were not good. The order was booked for delivery to me on 21st December and I paid evtra for this. I tracked the delivery and found that it did not arrive at the local depot until 22/12/12 and was not delivered to me until 24/12/12. The delvery man said someone had tried to deliver them on 20/12/12 - which was untrue. I would suggest you changed your carrier.

Fantastic fast service. Product as described great for out 18ft tree although may not need quite as menu lights as they suggest if adding usual tree trimmings!

Service rating : Such a variety of lights for any occasion and a very quick service from ordering to delivery.Product rating : These warm white battery lights look great in a fishbowl vase as a Christmas decoration - although I am now leaving them out all year as I love the look! I recently purchased the 50 bulb sets for greater effect but the 20 bulb sets ( which I already had) look just as good. I have purchased quite a few sets of bulbs from here - all good quality.
Service rating : USEFUL SITE.Product rating : CANDLE BULBS DID NOT FIT MY SET. I WAS ADVISED TO TRY ROMA. I ORDERED SIZE G1 BUT THE BULBS DELIVERED HAD A 7mm WIDE BASE. MINE ARE 4mm. PRODUCE RETURNED FOR REFUND.
Once found on Google search it was easy to navigate and I found the item almost straight away

Service rating : The service given by XmasDirect was excellent. Unfortunately the next day delivery that I paid for was not fulfilled by the carrier, but it was right up to Christmas so this may be forgiven!!Product rating : Bulb strenghth alot weaker than my old set.

The service was excellent! the things I ordered came with in 48 hours. They seem a good quality (more robust than other Christmas lights we've had in the past). I would rate them excellent but I have no idea how long they will last... but I'm hopeful.

Appauling service. Massive delay in delivery. Ultimately insufficient postage was applied and items were never delivered. I will not be using this service in the future ,nor will I recommend to friends.
