Quick delivery partially stymied by having to go to the post office to pick it up. A shame an item that would fit in our letterbox had to be taken away & be collected despite its relatively low value and safe keeping inside our home had it been delivered. Worth giving some thought to a different delivery method for the lower value items you ship.

Their competitive pricing is a great plus.Product rating : The Churchill Pinstripe is just about the smoothest pen I've ever written with (1.1 mm stub). Nicely weighted and balanced, too (both posted and unposted). It does take more turns than expected to unscrew the cap from the barrel, but the tactile feel is so solid and precise.

Service rating : A fast and efficient service and, equally important, was the time and effort given to my queries between ordering and shipping.Product rating : While the Pilot Falcon with its SF nib is a superb fountain pen, not all options were available. The SEF nib, which would have been my preference, and which is readily available in the US, is not available in the UK or, perhaps, Europe. Whether this is a marketing strategy by Pilot, I do not know. As a customer, I do know it is disappointing.
