Great fun to assemble. I expected cracks to appear as I cheerfully smashed the blocks with a club hammer but no, they were perfect. Took a bow saw to the top layer of dowels, knocked them off in seconds. Trying hard to find fault I can only say I was surprised, slightly, that some blocks were very wet/damp.
Service was excellent. Think you need to talk to the company who deliver as spent entire day chasing them. Not sure what you pay them but them must be able to make one phone call to explain if they are having problems

Emphasizing how bed becomes more rigid as it builds and not to worry too much about levelling layer 1. 2. shading angle plates on diagrams. 3. top dowels to be pre-cut. best to use a fine toothed saw in a Workmate rather than in situ. Also dowels would be beyond many people's strength to knock in!

We found the whole package very good. The plans made the building of our wall quite simple and even for two 70+ pensioners not at all hard.

Delivered on date agreed and left in a convenient positon on the drive. Minor issues with parts resolved immediately by Woodblox. As easy to build as described - complimentary comments from neighbours walking past and admiring the new raised beds - have recommended products to others.
