No problems with ordering and delivery. I'm 70yrs this year and have been doing DIY all my live, so the family were not surprised when I said I would be doing some raised beds. However when I spotted these on Google I decided this was for me. On completion my step Daughter paid a visit to view my work. Her statement was "I didn't expect them to look so professional". I am now looking back over the years and wondering ? What did all my other DIY jobs look like.

Service rating : The WoodblocX website (esp its detail) is great, the customer service received on the phone was always response, friendly and helpful. HOWEVER the delivery company (Palletways London) were exceptionally rude and unhelpful - curt and rude on the phone when asked for delivery times (even hung up on me mid sentence), arguments raging in the background whilst talking to me - they need one serious lesson in customer service. The delivery driver was similarly unhelpful and refused to help my partner with young baby (I was at work) at all in bringing items into our flat. I like WoodBlocX and am pleased to be helping a small business with good ideas and friendly staff however I would be very hesitant to order again unless I received some sort of assurances that the delivery would not be made by Palletways London.Product rating : Looks good so far - we're making it tomorrow!
Service rating : WoodblocX are an excellent company. I have used their product before, building a raised pond, so this was a return purchase. On this occasion there was a minor error on one block, (angle of cut reversed), help desk was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient; replacement capping section came by return. Superb service.Product rating : If you can play with LEGO then you can build WoodblocX products. Clear and simple instructions, minimal tools required, professional looking finished products. Innovative, highly recommended.
