Terrible packaging, surly and unhelpful delivery (late and then moaned because the 2 burly chaps I had asked to help had to go home and I had a broken arm.). Several pieces delivered damaged. Refund promised but can't check this because account logon has no useful info. Would not recommend. Would like to have sent the whole lot back but not confident of getting a refund.

Issues regarding wood quality have been dealt with to some extent.Product rating : Would have rated "Excellent" if the planks were cleaner and as smooth as the sample received. There are plywood fibres present on the surface (poor manufacturing process) and those get embedded (need a lot of scrubbing and even a sharp knife to remove some of them) into the planks during packaging and stacking/warehousing, making the planks rough and dangerous (because of splinters) to the touch. So a lot of elbow grease required to clean plank by plank to make safe for kids and to improve the feel of it (I should actually ask for a compensation for the pain!). Also, nearly all the planks had a curvature/hump in their rested state, making installation a bit tricky, but on the bright side they all had straight edges. Ignoring the above issues, the wood look stunning!

Service rating : The packaging was abysmal for a product and order where a lot of money was spent. Due to the inadequate packaging one of the boards was damaged. Both the pallet and the card surrounding the product was simply not good enough. I would have rated you bad but for the service received afterwards where you at least arranged for a replacement to be sent out. Rustic grade does have quite a few knots and areas of filler (as described) but the extra wide planks work well for us.
