Service rating : Clear, accessible website. Order was processed and item arrived promptlyProduct rating : This is an excellent product. My wife and I have been using it for the past six months and for the first time in some years we have not suffered from cracked skin on our hands during winter conditions. Though at first sight this is an expensive product a small jar seems to last for ages.
Service rating : I felt confused on reading all the information as at one point it says keep electrical devices away from magnetic therapy products and on a different sheet it mentions the use of electric blankets as if ok. So I was left wondering whether my electric blanket would interfere with my insert or not.Product rating : I think it is making a difference but it is hard to tell - I bought it to help with arthritis in my hands as I sleep with my hands under the pillow, I think I'm having less pain but not much, I think I'm sleeping a bit better but I'm not sure.

Service rating : My order was dealt with promptly, and the item delivered within a few days. I had ordered online, and received an acknowledgement email from Paypal. There was no confirmation of my order from the shop, even when the item was dispatched. One email, perhaps as the item was dispatched, would have made this an excellent transaction.Product rating : The item was very well packaged, and exactly as advertised, and with very good support literature; even a hand-written note from the shop staff.

Suffered with cold sweats being menopausal. So far so good with the new wool duvet, but slightly cool at night. I have got the autumn/ spring one on, but this cold snap with snow means I should probably have the winter duvet on.
