Brilliant.posted my stuff on Monday ,Cheque was in my hands Friday morning .I posted some stuff to MusicMagpie on the same day and im still waiting 12 days later . I know who i will using in the future.
I used the collect local service and the day I handed the box in to the day I received the cheque was less than 10 days. An email was received every day leting me know the progress of my parcel which let me know exactly what was happening One very happy customer

Great service, easy submission, quick turn around. Cheque received very promptly. It would have been even better if the purchase price of dvds was a little higher. I would have preferred a direct payment either via bank transfer or paypal. Cheques are a thing of the past, especially for the majority of people attracted to the site and an additional trip into town to pay a cheque spoilt the convenience of this service.
The best prices for DVDs and great communication with emails.
Service is good. Apart from all transactions have to be entered in one hit as site cannot handle saving offers. Also 15p for a CD and 25p for a DVD is poor..

I sent two boxes of dvds to webuydvd one had 72 items and the other had 92, for such a large amount i qualified for the courier service. They collected on tuesday 30th April. Communication was great as I got reminders of collection, and then emails to say they had received the packages, the process of the package on wed 1st may, and then another to say how many dvd's past the their tests and how much money I would recieve, I confirmed the amount and the check of £66.77 arrived the next day thursday 2nd may. Not a fantastic amount but better than nothing. The only thing i will say that they can improve is that 1 dvd in each box failed the test and it would have been nice to know which ones and why, as all my dvd's were brought brand new and been watched once or the very most twice and were in fantastic condition. Other than that they are a really reliable company and would recommend to others to use especially as they offer better prices than other companies and I tryed a few.

Before using the service I was very sceptical, however I am very satisfied with the level of service provided by the WeBuyDVD's team. I have used another well known DVD recycling site recently but WeBuyDVD's beat them hands down. I have been especially impressed by the level of communication, ease of sending my DVD's, and the speed of payment. I will definitely continue to use the service.
