Item has not arrived yet. That is very slow service!!26-Mar-2013Just because the delivery times are given on the website, doesn't mean they aren't slow! These days, customers expect rapid dispatch as well as great prices, and companies that don't match these standards just aren't offering the level of service that is generally expected. And I'm guessing that means that companies that take a week or more to despatch are not going to be the ones that survive for long.

Very poor customer services, promising to deliver a power lead in 48 hrs which was missing from the package, but instead I had to go through 3 people over 5 days all of whom promised me to deliver in 48 hrs! Phone service doesn't work properly, press 1 or 2 on menu which doesn't work so have to use different number. Nightmare people won't use again. Wish I went somewhere else. Can't use server as missing cable still hasn't come yet.

The product I ordered did not arrive on time. I left a note on my order if someone could contact me if the product would not arrive by a certain date as I knew it was late notice but no-one bothered to call. Also the description on the website wasn't very clear and the product that arrived was a different size to what I had been expecting.
The book ends I bought were exactly what was wanted, the price was right but I am disappointed that although the Internet where I found the link to your product said post free, I was in fact charged postage when I made the purchase. R.Macintyre

I was disappointed that the delivery of my order took 8 days after I ordered when using the standard delivery. This was made clear when I ordered but I can't understand why it should take so long.

Overall great experience, website user friendly, item arrived in the time scale promised and in good condition. The only thing that I would have changed is the delivery option, it would be good to have a faster delivery option available as well, not only the standard free option which takes a bit long in my opinion.
