Service was terrible for following reasons: item description wrong, unhelpful on phone, returning goods a nightmare, emailed information lacking - real pain - could not talk to returns department - not sure why i would ever use this company again

Hello,
I'm really sorry you're not satisfied and that the item received was not what you required.
I've spoken with our returns team and advised them of the issue with the description and they are now happy to issue a collection by UPS at no cost to you - they have emailed you awaiting further instruction.
I've also had a word with our content team to try and ensure that the item description is improved - what we had was direct off the manufacturer and I agree it's not very precise so we will get that sorted asap.
Again, I'm sorry the stand was not what you required in the end and hope we can get the UPS collection arranged for you asap and we can then get your refund sorted asap.
