After reading all the negative reviews I was extremely worried that I would not see my goods or money again. However, the goods arrived on time (early, in fact) and were as described. Would I use WAE+ again? That depends. Next time I would check the review sites and see if they had improved their ratings, their current 20% failure rate would not encourage me if it remained at that level.

Great prompt service. this is the third attempt at getting a replacement keyboard for an old apple ibook via other companies. 1st did not arrive, 2nd had the wrong size ribbon, but the WAE product was correct as specified and arrived within a few days. Thank you.
I’ve been sent a second hand product which is a EVGA GeForce GTX 660 Superclocked - 2 GB GDDR5 - PCI Express 3.0 (02G-P4-2662-KR). The item is has various marks on it and its still got the dust on it indicating it has been sitting in another users PC for a good amount of time! Its took me about 4 weeks to get this item from WAE+ after faffing around trying to get this from WAE+ at a good price only to realize your company is the worst I’ve encountered in all the years of buying computer components! I’ve called on numerous occasions as to start when I first tried to purchase this item it was coming out at a higher price of around £159 once added to the basket after being advertised on your site at a £141. When I called one of the WAE+ colleagues he went into the site and changed the advertised price to £159 without no apology for the confusion. I then proceeded to buy a similar product form WAE+ at around the £140 I had budgeted for, but then a week later the EVGA GeForce GTX 660 Superclocked returned back to the original price of £141. So as this what I originally intended to buy I cancelled my order and re-ordered the EVGA GeForce GTX 660 Superclocked. So following the delivery of this second hand product I call WAE+ office and get told to go through the usual returns procedure and that I cannot be advised of a timescale of when a new replacement can be delivered to me. No mention of “sorry, we will get another out to you asap and really sorry for causing you this hassle” just “we will send you a another one after the returns process has gone through its stages” and no mention of a refund. Instead I had to ask for a refund where I got told “it may take up to 30 days to issue you with a refund”. I WILL STAY STAY AWAY FROM WAE+!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Very disappointed with the service. Two weeks after I have ordered a gtx 650 graphic card they have sent a gt 640 graphic card. I have returned and after another 2 weeks of waiting I called only to be told that they have not the product in stock and I have to wait.
Delivery took ages to arrive and then the product I received was incorrect. Had a US plug socket. They threw in two English plug sockets that were absolutely useless. After reading other bad comments about the site I feel that if I return the product I will end up with nothing. Will also be surprised if this comment gets published as I read that WAE moderate them.

Was told I couldn't cancel the order until it was shipped (which makes no sense) and then once it has shipped I was told I couldn't cancel the order because it had shipped.
Despite reading overwhelmingly negative reviews about WAE+, I chose to keep my order with them. Whilst their dispatch times are somewhat excessive (~2 weeks), they were quite helpful when I contacted them. I initially missed the house number from my address and when I realised the night before it was due for dispatch, I contacted them. They corrected it in the morning, just in time for the dispatch, and the parcel arrived the next day.

Ordered a Netgear PTV3000, the unit arrived in good time and was free. The unit appeared to be an import as an adapter was included but didn't seem part of the Netgear packaging. If this isn't the case as I have no idea what the original packaging should contain then the added adapter is a thoughtful and welcomed bonus. I searched for others experiences on purchasing from WAE as sometimes the prices look to good, judging on my experience I would suggest more aggressive marketing as my experience was a good one and WAE should be higher up the list when looking for tech gear.
This company apparently never reads the comments I make. I've never purchased anything from them yet they continue to send someone else's mail to my address.

Worst company I have ever dealt with, happy to take your money, but don't deliver goods, and are impossible to contact to get refunds. I'm going through Mastercard process to get my refund. There are literally hundreds of bad reviews about them, trading standards are aware of their practises, they have dozens of outstanding unpaid CCJ's and there is even a petition at change.org to get them closed down with about 600 signatures on so far!!! Avoid like the plague!

Two products ordered. One (office for mac) took 7 working days to be delivered, the other (Samsung SSD drive) was stil not shipped after 11 working days so I have cancelled and now have to wait up to another 30 days for a refund. Having to wait for up to 6 weeks with my money in their account with nothing to show for it seems like poor service to me. You get the (cheap) service that you pay for I suppose.
