Service rating : Very god value, the free Hotel executive upgrade made all the difference. Flying with BA was noticably better that the usual "cheap" airlines we have used, and being able to check in on line the day before is a real bonus.Product rating : Cannot fault the Hilton or Barcelona, and the only reason the score is not excellent is that the hotel location was a long way from the main town - something we should have realised... it did not spoil our break and the walking probably did us good!

Just the animation team was a bit in your face, again first class if that was what you wanted. We just went for a relaxing quite week! When marketing this resort it should be made clear as music and noise level was a bit high!
Service rating : Flight changes were really annoying and we had to purchase other return flights only to find the original ones to change again and as this was the one that transfer was arranged for we ended up taking the original flight!! All very irritating and we lost almost 2 days off the original holiday.Product rating : Lovely hotel but shame that towels were allowed to reserve loungers by the pool!! Service rating : everything was very straightforward and easy to book.Product rating : The hotel was nice with great rooms and terrific views. The t.v. did not have any English channels which would have been handy as the hotel was very remote and didn't have any entertainment.The food was very repetitive, breakfast great, dinner adequate.It would also be good if you were able to use the large pool in the sports club (perhaps a small fee could be paid).The infinity pool on the top floor was great but very popular so were unable to get sunbeds and the other pool was separate from the sunbeds ,so was unused all day.We had an enjoyable holiday but probably would not return because it was very isolated.
everything was just as stated and went smoothly. only issue was an email after the event asking for a reply to confirm the booking(???) I have asked for clarification but so far have no response.

No problems.Product rating : We had a wonderful week in Santorini, staying at Nefeles Luxury Suites. We could not have picked a more suitable, comfortable accommodation. Spotlessly clean and well furnished, with staff (all of them !) who know how to look after their guests in a manner that I thought had disappeared with a bygone age. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you and we hope to return.

Staff were always very helpful. All areas were kept very clean.Only downside was poor breakfast...same everyday. Just got the impression that they used the cheapest ingredients possible. However we had a fab holiday and would recommend the Grand Beach to anyone.

Service rating : Everything was ok.Product rating : The hotel was ok but the location was very poor, my bedroom overlooked a cement factory, the balcony was very small and not even a chair on it! Very utility and not at all attractive. There were no shops, bars or restaurants in the area and it seemed that the hotel was in the middle of an industrial estate. When we booked to go to Lake Como we expected the hotel to be in one of the very pretty places situated around the Lake but it must have been the only hotel in an unattractive place, overall very disappointed.

Unfortunately we were put in a conference type room for each dinner throughout the week, there was no natural light in the room so not an enjoyable meal - ate out a couple of nights to avoid. Food constantly running out too.
