Service rating : Very good website gave all the size so I was able to get the exact size needed; I have wide calf’s and was unable to find anything to fit in shops but the broad fitting fits me brilliantly!Product rating : Have had the Suffolk two tone boot few a months now and they have been just the job. I have several horses of my own as well as work on a off at a livery yard, the weather autumn/winter 2012/2013 has been the wettest on records and the paddocks are to say the least somewhat muddy! (even beyond the quad, had to get the tractor out for a couple of weeks). These boots have stood up to everything and I have had warm dry feet all the time.

Service rating : I haven't actually received my boots yet. I wasnt home for the original delivery so took my card to the delivery company as instructed, only to be told they tried to deliver them again so I would have to come back the next day. Went the second day to collect them and when I got home I discovered that I had been sent the wrong boots. Contacted the office and arranged for the ones I actually ordered to be sent to the delivery company, and for them to ring me when they had received them and then I would pick them up on my way home from work. I also arranged that I would bring the wrong boots to the delivery company for them to return to Tuffa. The next day I received no phonecall, however when I got home I discovered they had tried to deliver them. I have to go to collect them this evening after work. If I had known it was going to be this much trouble I would not have ordered online from this company, it's nearly two weeks since I placed my order and I still have no boots.Product rating : I have not received a product yet to try.

Which means can be worn in the summer with no socks and with thick socks in winter with easily adjusted straps at the top of the calf. Comfortable when walking. I use mine for long dog walks and walking to work when the weather is wet( when isn't it? ) I was a size 8 but ordered a size 7. The size is spot on, so take care when choosing sizing. I saw several different companies that sell these boots but decide to go with Tuffa themselves because a friend recommended their excellent service. Really pleased with my buy.
