Service rating : Very efficient service, product arrived within 24 hours of ordering.
Product : I had taken Joint-flex Glucosamine for a number of years on the advice of my Physio to help with my lower back problem. I decided to have a break from it for a few months, but after a while my aches and pains returned. I would recommend it to anyone.

Service rating : Prompt, easy to use. If I hadn't been able to contact you and buy Colax so easily, I don't know what I would have done once Boots informed me they would no longer be stocking them. Thank you so much.
Product : I would be happier if I could get them on rescription - they are the only successful treatment I have found for irritable bowel syndrome.

Service rating : Overall the service was good, my purchase having arrived quickly, with a reasonable postage charge. However, one negative point is that a free sample of cream was included. This is wasteful, and is likely to deter me from shopping with Trust William in future.
Product : I've been using AloeDent toothpaste for several years, and seems particularly effective for gum disease.
