Postage cost me £11:00. I belive the cost of postage should have been refunded as the fault was with your product. YOUR response was "the garments were not 'DEEMED' to be faulty" You standards are extremly low.I will elaborate in box below. Product rating : The stitching on the collars of 3 of the 5 garments did not actually connect with the garment.The sleeves were out of proportion to the size of the garments. You may consider the an acceptable product,I do not. Consequently I went directly to Regatta and purchased perfect goods. 24-May-2013 Service rating : I think Trekwear should take notice of all the negative response to your survey instead of passing on the blame.They say the garments were supplied by Regatta and deemed the products to be "of quality of the price paid". Does this mean Trekwear is selling goods rejected by Regatta for sale at the recommended price,ie. seconds. I have no objection to this practice but I do object to NOT being informed that this is the case. Are they not obliged to inform you, if the goods you are purchasing are seconds or in some way not fit to be sold as perfect. What do I think about Trekwear. Charlatans! They are a good choice for general hiking though may not be sufficiently high tech for some people. They have the advantage that they easily double up as reasonably smart casual. I have read comments which are critical of the new style belt and the leg pocket. Personally I find the belt OK but use a standard belt if I want a smarter look and I cut the pockets off using a thread splitter - tricky but it can be done with time and patience without leaving holes. Product rating : I bought these trousers as I am doing the 3 peaks challenge in July. Although the trousers are very comfortable, being stretch material, when you bend your leg to climb a steep step or walk up a steep slope or sit down, the zips really dig in to your legs making them very uncomfortable. I know the zips can't be stretchy, but maybe the trousers should be looser to accomodate this problem. I have now ordered the same trousers in the non-convertible style as generally they are comfortable. Read more	thank you for your feed back.
