The venue and the accommodation are excellent. The staff seem mostly willing, but not trained to the standard of a hotel in its price range. We did have to complain about the food twice, and sorted it out amicably with the staff. Our 2 year old daughter left a favourite soft toy behind, which the receptionist recognised and posted to us. So, full marks for that. Thanks!
