Just an observation, the 'Clock Tower' bar - we called in to arrange a night's stay and had a cappacino and sat in the courtyard. Although service was slow - no problem with coffee. However, we spent some time looking around the gardens after arranging a nights stay at the hotel later in the week for my wife's birthday.
We returned to the Clock Tower and courtyard to order a drink some two hours later and our coffee cups were still where we left them as I had water as well.
I had booked my wife into the spa, althougj she enjoyed it she did say that the beautician had to leave half way through to tell the workman to stop drilling as she had a client in ( which was not as relaxing as my wife had hoped.)
We had a wonderful meal in the small restaurant of the hotel and that couldn't of been better. Thank you.
