Travel Up were very confusing in their correspondance. They told us we had to arrive at the airport 3 hours in advance, which we did not. They also told us we had to confirm our flights with the airline, only to find that our booking was nowhere to be found on the airline's website. When we got to check-in, the staff were confused by our Travel Up E-Ticket, and said that it was not the correct one. Despite being on the same flight as my friend, we had different flight numbers, so I was initially not allowed into Bombay airport.
Furthermore, Travel Up were notoriously slow to respond when we had problems or confusions - something that is very inconvenient when travelling around a country.
