I booked this flight, but was rung up immediately to say I would have to travel via Seoul. I was told the flight was £100 cheaper, and I would be refunded the difference. 24 Hour(s) ago	Flight From London To New York City	I was very unhappy with Travelup's refusal to refund me my money for a London-New York return trip I could not go on, because of circumstances quite beyond my control. Other travel agencies had happily refunded my money in the past, with an administration fee of course, which I was happy to pay, since it was a very expensive flight to begin with (400 pounds!). I had called up the airline itself, and they said the flight is refundable and it is entirely at the discretion of the travel agency to either refund the flight or to change it and to charge a fee. In my opinion they are taking advantage of the problems faced by travelers to sell the same seat twice. Also it is interesting that they were willing to change my apparently "non-changeable" flight to another travelup flight but refused straight up to refund it instead. Read more	No Comment
