Service rating : I am very pleased with the service I received. I am in New York City and my tweezers (and free file included), arrived quickly. I very much recommend this business. They carried the item I wanted and shipped to the U.S. for a very reasonable rate. I am pleased and will order again from them.Product rating : These are the best tweezers in the world. I mean that literally. My mother has a pair that she got over 20 years and nothing we've purchased since has been nearly as good. I searched everywhere for these - inexplicably, they are not sold in the U.S.
