The only comment I would make is that I received this email before the trainers arrived!!!
The shoes are great but the cost of delivery a little expensive. I wouldn't have minded but when they didn't arrive first thing I was a little upset and the person at Tiger central couldn't give me an exact date if their arrival even though I'd paid an extra £8!

Service rating : I ordered my trainers on Monday the 11th march, I paid 8.99 for next day delivery so really was expecting them on the 13th of march which also the confirmation e mail did say the 13th how ever didn't arrive till the 14th of march I don't see why I should pay £8.99 postage for a service I received because it was free for 2 day delivery. Really pleased, had to return a pair of trainers a while ago and the process was simple. The only reason was that they didnt suit, no problem - full refund.
