It was a good service and I appreciated being able to hold off installation pending the sun room being finished in respect of floor and decorating.

Service rating : Blinds arrived on date & were fitted quickly & well, however I asked for a small sample of blind material to choose paint & never received this, consequently the paint does not look quite right with the colour of the blinds.Product rating : The material is not as sturdy as I thought. I hope they stand up to the wear. If I had received the sample as I requested, I would have seen this. It does not seem the quality that I chose.
Service rating : Sanderson staff were thoughtful and very helpful about choice of window blinds and in making measurements of non-standard windows. Staff turned up when agreed and telephoned in advance, the person who did the measuring even came earlier than scheduled because he knew I had to make an appointment later in the day. Service rating : Following measurements taken on 22nd Oct the blinds were scheduled for fitting on 1st Nov. Job not completed because two of the larger pieces of tracking were incorrect size (much much smaller) although the blinds were of the correct size. How come? New parts ordered and rescheduled for fitting on 8th Nov then changed to 9th Nov. Not happy with being inconvenienced to such an extent and to cap it all the fitting resulted in damage to the conservatory which allowed water ingress. Thankfully, this has been speedily and satisfactorily resolved although it was another needless inconvenience caused primarily by defective workmanship.Product rating : Having already had window blinds fitted to our conservatory we knew we would have no issues with the quality of the roof blinds. Well satisfied.12-Feb-2013Service rating : A good company quick to react to problems encountered-------so far. You have to haggle a lot to get an acceptable price for the goods. Best bet is to stick to the price you can afford and if the salesman meets it well and good if not its his/her loss.Product rating : Conservatory roof blinds fitted in Winter and give a cosy feel to the room. Service rating : Just poor all round really. I wasn't informed I'd need to hire an electrician until after I paid a deposit. The communication between you guys and my electrician was also half hearted and confusing. The product installation looks ugly. We're still waiting for a white lead, instead we have a big black chord dangling down against our beautiful white walls. Also the installation is bad, not fluch against the wall, there's an ugly gap. Just bad all round. Bad experience. I wouldn't use you guys again. In fact I'd actively advise others NOT to use you.Product rating : Product ok, installation bad.

did have some difficulty with the way in which some blinds were not fixed securely but was very impressed by the fitter who was sent to rectify the matter. He dealt withthis quickly and in an expert manner.
