I know Roxanne worked very hard to ensure you were kept up to date with the progress of your order and evidence to this is in the history of emails I have just read through. I feel all your emails where answered in a promptly and politely manner. I´m sorry you do not feel the same.
I am equally sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your purchase and The Diamond Quality, of course you can return the bracelet to for a full refund or exchange within 30 days.
But I feel it very important that I confirm we most definatley do not use "rejected stones" in our products, our highly experienced buyers hand source every gem stone we use. The Diamond Quality is as follows.
Colour H: A white diamond with no easily noticeable colour tint to the naked eye. Only compared to much better quality diamonds are differences noticeable.
Clarity Si:: An abbreviation for "small inclusions". Certainly on diamonds under 0.50 carat, imperfections in this quality diamond are not noticeable to the unaided eye. Only once under a jeweller's high powered magnifying glass can inclusions be detected.
Summary: H/Si quality diamonds are our usual recommendation. Bright white diamonds with no visible inclusions, you can't go wrong!

|I have had the bangle valued. The diamonds are very poor quality ranging from SI1to PIQUE 2. The emeralds are also very low quality with many external intrusions. As the valuer put it the stones are mostly rejects.|
