I am sorry to hear that the Linen Button Through Sweater and the Chambray shirt were not as you had expected. As you can imagine, photographing clothing can be very difficult to be able to give the full look, feel & quality, we do continue to strive to achieve this. I am pleased to hear that you have now managed to return the items back to one of our stores and you have now received a full refund.
