Service rating : They sent the wrong size at first but customer services were excellent and send the correct size next day delivery and a returns label for the incorrect size, the ladies in customer service were lovely, very helpful.Product rating : Absolutely love the sandals, they are comfortable and look amazing. Quite expensive but worth it. I wore them all day to a garden party and they didn't pinch or rub at all as the suede strap is so soft and the sole lovely and cushiony, they feel and look very luxurious, had some lovely comments, looking forward to wearing them again when the weather improves. Sizing is true to size though if you have wide feet you might want to size up.

But does become expensive when returning goods especially from Mallorca as postage is high priced.
