Service rating : But I asked not to be on mailing lists etc and still started getting emails.Product rating : I think you should be careful of your descriptions though. Calling it a fine silver frame when it's not silver is surely a breach of trades descriptions law. I think it should be either white metal or silver-coloured, shouldn't it? I ordered it hoping that it might be silver but was not awfully surprised when it wasn't, given the price.

The phone number ( you ask me in mail to contact you as you need to confirm my card billing details ) was incorrect. You sent: "Please contact us on +44(0)1604 477 350 and quote your order number at your earliest convenience." It was take me lot's of time to find up what's going on! Two number was swap... no one answered on the wrong number... Sorry for my funny English! Hope it was understandeble..
