Especially when delivery was to the Outer Hebrides.I would like to recommend the Watch Hut due purely to their excellent customer service and efficient manner of dispatching the watch to my Dad. Product rating : My Father is extremely pleased with the new Tissot that the Watch hut provided for me. Tissot are a very good company . My fathers previous watch was Seiko which provided him with many years of good service. He had a Tissot clockwork one from the 1950's it lasted him until 2001 when it finally was UN-repairable. I then contacted a very unhelpful representative on the phone who said the only thing I could do would be to send the watch back in the post at expense to myself which was none refundable. Read more	The order was placed on Saturday evening, and although you did indeed email on Sunday morning, this was not received by our team until Monday during our office hours (as we don't work Sundays). Sadly, at this stage the order had already been processed for dispatch, so we were unable to stop the parcel. Orders are processed on an automated system to ensure that they are dispatched as quickly as possible for our customers. We are very sorry about this. I would like to clarify that the price difference is due to the difference in currency (the Marc By Marc Jacobs website being US, rather than UK), and that you would be subject to import charges for purchasing from a non-UK website at this value. Money taken off credit card on 8th April. When no delivery by 3rd May, I phoned to find status of order as confirmation had bee e-mailed back to me automatically (though not tracking number). It transpired that on 3rd May, the item had STILL NOT BEEN DESPATCHED, the excuse being that due to the distance between the billing and delivery addresses, a letter had been sent to me for security reasons (For a child's watch?). I suggested, to no avail,, that by way of apology for such a poor service. As of 7pm this evening, there is still no tracking information. Appaling service - I will not be using you again . I can see that the tracking status has now updated, as it has been passed overseas.
