May Have been the Post OFFICE AT FAULT, but my order took far too long to arrive?
Service rating : placing the order was fine and simple but my particular order was for custom pictures on the medals. I did not receive any emails to say that they received the order and there was a long delay in processing the order before emailing me and getting the personalised details from me which left me worried that the items wouldn't be completed in time for my function. Customer service responses need looking intoProduct rating : The quality of the custom insert wasn't as good as last year.
