You promoted yourself as being able to deliver in 48 hrs but failed to get the order to the courier until the subsequent day even though you acknowledged otherwise. This resulted with the order taking 5 days to arrive coz of the bank holiday...cheeky considering the premium charges incurred ,

Although the glasses weren't in stock, we were kept informed on their progress, and when my husband and I made the same order within a few weeks of each other (both of us choosing to buy these as a surprise anniversary present) Riedel emailed to ask whether we meant to put in 2 orders - spoiled the surprise but we didn't end up with 16 glasses. Top marks for joined up customer service.
I bought a decanter and I did find that it was difficult to compare sizes on the website as different units were used, sometimes height and sometimes volume, even when comparing the same shape but different size.
Dispatch time could have been quicker.
