The delivery was fast, however, it was delivered to a neighbour as I was not in, but nothing was put through my door to tell me that. It was only after I'd checked the delivery link online that I saw the delivery had supposedly been made 3 days earlier - so I contacted the customer support team. I had an rapid, helpful reply (from Claire) that I really appreciated - but the overall experience of Last Detail was poor given I had to then chase the product myself. Whilst I appreciate the delivery is actually done by courier (City Link), I still see it as something that should be managed by Last Detail.
