Service rating : Great idea for a company.However I would like The Healthy House to carry out consumer tests and trials (similar to WHICH) on goods on behalf of us allergy sufferers before we buy, as they are expensive.
Product rating : Uninterrupted sleep is now possible in a new flat for the first time! I will most definitely recommend this amazing product.We cleaned off the walls with anti-fungal treatment, sprayed AIRCLEANSE 250ML over the room and set up the P40 AIRFREE AIR STERILISER.This is perfect for the bedroom as it is almost silent. It has made a massive difference to a room that could not be slept in due to possible mould spores and other unknown allergens.

My daughter had suffered really badly for over 6 months with excess mucus, sneezing, coughing & vomiting. She had been to see several GPs & consultants who all contradicted themselves & prescribed medications that were never made any difference., After putting on the dustmite covers, using the air spray & switching in the P40 her symptoms cleared up overnight. Amazing..!

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you felt dissatisfied with our service. Your order was placed online at 3.59 on Friday afternoon for Next Working Day Delivery. Unfortunately the cut off time for Next Working Day Delivery is 12 noon (as it states at the checkout)which would mean that the order would normally be sent out on Monday for Tuesday delivery.

As you had asked for Monday delivery a member of staff telephoned you to say the earliest we could get it to you would be Tuesday. She explained that the courier had already done his pick up. You asked for us to get the courier back which unfortunately is not something that couriers are able to do. Royal Mail had also been picked up.

We do what we can to get orders to customers for when they need them but sometimes it is not possible, for which we apologise.

Product rating : Excellent product, organic cotton, very nice material, has improved my sleep so much! The ear elastic is very comfortable and can be adjusted to the right length.
I am abnormally sensitive in my head, and I found the very light weight of the eye shade gave me slight sinus congestion when I started using it. I think my head has got used to it now, and I'm pretty sure other masks would be the same, unless they weighed nothing!

Service rating : Stuff arrived on time and was all fine. I was a bit annoyed to only find out about the free tea towel in the catalogue after I had spent £120 online.
Product rating : It's hard to know if all this stuff actually does anything or just makes everything smell of eucalyptus!, but it does that really well! The air does seem "fresher" after spraying the room one but a good air purifier will probably be a better bet. Give them all a go and see, the worst case is that everything smells of eucalyptus :-).

A tea-towel has been put in the post for you to-day with our compliments.

The allergy sprays are our best selling items every week of the year so we hope you will find them useful. They offer the advantage of dealing with allergens not only in the air but also on furnishings and in the laundry. The eucalyptus does smell quite strong when washing is wet but dissipates as the laundry dries leaving a feint smell of eucalyptus. Many people use the allergy sprays in conjunction with an air purifier.

I'm sorry your cat gets distressed when you put the PetalCleanse on her. When we had a cat I used to sit him on my lap, dampen the cloth and wipe him all over with the cloth just as if he were being stroked and it worked pretty well. By the time I'd got to his tail he was usually ready to take off but the treatment was effective and definitely helped our daughter who is allergic to cats.
