I hope you will see from our other reviews that this is not our normal service! I am going to investigate how your order confirmation didn't go through the first time and we will of course refund you in full + the postage for returning the 2nd poncho. Also I'm going to send you something as an apology. The security code seems to be fine now but we will keep an eye on this too. I really am sorry that you had such a difficult time ordering...we are about to launch our new website which will have improvements. If you could face trying us again, might I be able to send you a voucher when we've launched to see what you think? I am glad you like the poncho though, it's one of our absolute favourite products here. Best wishes Natasha
