Nine days later, I checked my Handpicked account which said no order had been placed. I contacted the company who then advised it would take 10 working days. It arrived on the 11th. Bit of a problem as it was a wedding gift. BUT... the actual product is gorgeous. HP just need to be a bit more realistic with delivery schedules. I will buy from them again though. Product rating : Gorgeous! If I got it as a present I'd be over the moon. One of those unusual things you would never think to buy for yourself but you lust after if you see it at someone else's. Also, I order a lot of presents for friends but always have to do separate orders as they are not all going to the same person. Is there a way of making it easier?
