Although initially I was rather disappointed when my dolls house and basement arrived in damaged conditions, I was gladly relieved when after informing the staff I received a new dolls house and basement. a new house and basement in perfect conditions

Probably my disappointment was made greater because I had failed to read that it was a resin product. Would never have bought if I had known. I had really wanted the Georgian seating but this was out of stock.

I am disappointed that my last feedback hasn't been addressed regarding using the website. It's slow and now the shops have closed (another huge disappointment!) it really needs to be improved. The wishlist is terrible and you can't edit it. I love my house and my products. The service if you ring is great but the online order facility is very poor and needs to be drastically improved.
