I think for orders from overseas, it would be good send an email to the buyer to indicate the shipment date and the guide number. In my case,I haven't receive my purchase and don't have the number to ask my mail service
Service rating : I had a few issues with my dolls house when it first arrived but after phoning and chatting to someone it was all sorted out very quickly, anyone I spoke to was understanding and very helpful.Product rating : There were a few minor issues e.g. a mark on part of the wall paper and a bit of glue left on the front panel. These were sorted out very quickly and the new pieces I received were much better

I took receipt of a 'montgomery hall' recently and there was damage to the roof panels. I phoned to see if this would show on completion but they did not hesitate to suggest sending a new panel, which came very quickly.I rate the service highly.

Easy to use site and fast service
I do like how the items are so easy to order and speed of delivery. Have just opened my quick style Lake house and 2 pieces are slightly damaged so will see what happens with sorting this. Have just been building the garden room and not difficult at all, I love the products!
