Items arrived very quickly but could not be delivered due to a catalogue being sent as well making the package too large for the letterbox. I had to wait 48hrs to collect the package from the Royal mail sorting office, costing time & money. If just the items I had ordered been sent, the small package/envelope would have been posted through the letterbox saving all of the above. I honestly could not believe the size of the package for the very small items ordered.
