Very efficient, great service, but overpriced compared to other firms. With money tight, I often prefer to wait longer for similar items that are much cheaper.

If you have this problem again with any of our products please send them back in the condition you receive them in and we will be happy to refund or replace them. Sending them back to us in this condition allows us to review the quality and take up any issues with our suppliers to prevent it happening again
