I was thrilled with the free postage from Dolls House Emporium, but this was short lived when my parcel arrived because it did not state postage was free I was charged not only VAT on my purchase but I was also charged VAT on $1200 postage. This made it a very expensive package. It would be great that when packages were sent postage free that this was stated or a minimal amount stated. All parcels under $400 do not attract VAT. I know this was not your fault but it was very annoying because if I had ordered the carpets, light etc as I normally do they would not have VAT put on top of purchase price. So I ended up paying quite a bit above normal purchase cost. I would like to order other dolls houses but only if the postage thing could be sorted out. I am very happy with Dolls House Emporium products and service. Thank you.
