I returned French Aubusson woven carpet. As such no confimation from DHE to say they received it or if/when I can expect my replacement! Service is usually great but this has let them down for me.

Thank you for your comment. I have checked your account and we have received the rug we have put in a replacement order but the item is out of stock, we will sent the rug as soon as it comes back into stock. Sorry for any disappointment caused.
