I love the catalogue, and I am pleased with most of the products that I have received. The telephone staff are generally helpful, although after my husband's first conversation with them I am hesitant to phone myself. My husband's call was supposedly put on hold, but was not, and he heard the lady say "I wish these people would get a life". After having received such an unexpected and beautiful gift, these words have left me feeling a little sad, but have not prevented me from purchasing goods from the Emporium.

As per our telephone conversation this morning I apologise for the customer service your Husband received when he called our sales office. We will be looking into this matter to ensure this doesn’t happen again. Thank you for making us aware as it enables us to rectify the problem.
