I bought priority delivery, but my order was mixed up with someone else in the warehouse - which wasn't exactly good. However, the staff phoned to apologise the next day, sent out new products by courier, and refunded my delivery charge. The only thing I'm not happy about is that I covered the return cost of the other customer's order.
