Sorry it wasn’t received in the condition you expected. If you have this problem again with any of our products please send them back in the condition you receive them in and we will be happy to refund or replace them. Sending them back to us in this condition allows us to review the quality and take up any issues with our suppliers to prevent it happening again.

|This item is not the standard I would expect from the Dolls House Emporium. It arrived damaged and had obviously been damaged before it was in transit as the broken parts were outside the wrapping.|
