Service rating : Usually impressiveProduct rating : You can see items are usually good, but for some reason the dolls I have tried to purchase recently haven't been up to standard. Silly faults really, and obviously not checked properly before dispatching to customer, aka me! I usually look forward to receiving purchases.

Service rating : see belowProduct rating : The mirror sheet is on brittle plastic; as the envelope in which it was sent was a soft padded envelope both sheets were badly cracked down the middle! These sheets should be sent out in a cardboard box or at least sandwiched between cardboard.

Service rating : I loooove this place. Wasn't going to get a doll's house until I retired but my husband surprised me with one last Christmas Morning!! Have spent quite a bit of money with Doll's House Emporium and apart from one or two things being a little on the cheap side I'm very satisfied. I did have to buy a drill for fastening the hinges, which was a little unexpected, but otherwise I had no problems assembling the house.
