I have not as yet received my last order. The first order I placed took only 5 days to arrive & it is almost 3 weeks since placing the second. I needed these items for a Miniature Display at a Miniature Fair tomorrow. So disappointing.

I am so very sorry you have not yet received your parcel which we sent out to you on 2nd July, especially as it was needed for a special event, as per our telephone conversation today we will speak again next week when you have decided how you would like to proceed with the matter.
