The online shopping facility is excellent and convenient for a Sydney (Aust) dweller, and, the items are always received in good order and with little delay.
Disappointed because I paid more for postage to get the items to me by a birthday, but because they were moving they were late. This was not on the site when I ordered. Had I known I would have not paid for faster delivery. Had no present for someone special on their birthday. I would have been happy to wait and given something else on the day and then these items later.

I have had trouble logging out for months and despite emailing numerous times cannot order over the internet. replies are that tech support will look at issue but no answer. I have to use my credit card over the internet directly which is not ideal. Products are wonderful but the customer service is POOR
