The Diamond Store provides a very good customer service, however what I didn't like is finding out that the ring I chose was not available in my size after I had paid. This should not happen, the website should indicate which size are available, like any other website.

Service rating : During the process of choosing and asking for further information about the Diamond Cross I wanted to purchase for my daughters 18th birthday the staff from the diamond store were polite, prompt and gave me all the information I asked for. The only suggestion I would have is to show a couple more images of the jewellery from different angles and if it were possible a 3D image would be fantastic as you can really view the product this way. However, having said that the store staff provided excellent customer service.Product rating : The diamond cross is stunning... I think it is fair to say that it is always a worry when making a purchase from online stores, because you are not able to actually view the product in your hand as it were you have to rely upon maybe 1 or 2 images and the information supplied. Well I have to say the image of the cross does not do it justice. Our daughter loves sparkle ( real diamonds of course ) and also likes larger crosses so trying to find a large cross with lots of sparkle that was still feminine was actually quite a hard task. The cross cost just over £400 but is worth every penny. It truly does have the 'sparkle' effect and is a beautiful shape and design. Her face lit up to see her cross full of sparkle and it looks stunning, she has had so many comments about how beautiful it is. The packaging was superb, the certificate and box and bag are quality items in themselves, especially the box the cross came in. It is jet black with a very high shine, heavy and very substantial. I really cannot fault anything ... We will be making more purchases from the diamond store - and I hope that the quality of jewellery and service continues to grow along with their success.

Whilst I appreciate goods are not always in stock, it hardly seems reasonable to take money from my credit card and then not supply goods for 6 weeks - this is basically me making you an interest free loan! I was at least kept informed of the progress of the order.
