I was disappointed that the ring ordered was out of stock but that I was not advised of this when placing the order. My initial inquiry regarding a replacement, made on a Friday afternoon, was handled well by the person on your helpdesk, however she was unable to let me know if the replacement ring was in stock as no warehouse staff were available. As I had received no contact by around 10 a.m. I telephoned the diamond store and was asked for all my details, twice, even though you already had all the information asked for, and was told someone would ring me when warehouse staff were available. This eventually happened when when my original Friday contact rang with all the information I required and assured me the ring would be delivered within my required time frame, which it was. The root of the proble seems to be that no one other than warehouse staff can access stock levels at any given time which can be really frustrating.

I do apologies for any confusion and frustration regarding your order. Transaction are normally much smoother than how you have described. I hope we will see you back again in the future for a much smoother experience.
