The information, service,presentation both on web and delivery was good but would have preferred a quicker delivery time to make it as close as possible the shopping experience of buying in store.

The product did not meet my expectation as seen on the web picture. Too small ... compared to the pictures and the setting did not meet my need. the butterfly clip at the back needed to be on a screw style rather than pull style as such valuable item on a pull butterfly can easily come off and get lost so the design and the size did not meet my expectation. Also the actual diameter size of the product could be mentioned on the web to give a clearer indication of the size as picutures could be a bit magnified from the real size of the product.
