Sent wrong ring, alythough corrected very quickly, but only after my perseverance and spending time and the hassle to post the wrong one back.

We must sincerely apologies for the dispatch error. You are completely correct this of course should not have happened, and there is nothing to blame other than human error. I understand that as soon as we were informed, Debbie in our customer services team acted quickly to ensure the correct ring was immediately dispatched out to you and we were luckily able to still meet your deadline. Thank you very much for your patience and understanding. We are so glad that you like the ring and hope to see you back again in the future for a less worrying transaction.
