Waited 4 weeks as item was out of stock, and when recived item it was the wrong ring.!!!!

After receiving the wrong ring which i sent back to the diamond store on the Saturday, I received an email first thing on the Monday to say they had received it. By the afternoon there was another email to say the right ring was in the post. This was received by Tuesday lunch time, The ring is absolutely beautiful and just what I wanted. Thank you for your very efficient service.(everyone makes mistakes after all we are only human!!!!!!!:)

I understand that as soon as we were informed, our customer services team acted quickly to ensure the correct ring was immediately dispatched out to you.
